General Terms of Use

The company Hôtel Nation Montmartre Paris / SARL Meyliv, registered with the RCS de Paris under number 302 045 299 and whose registered office is at 4 rue Boissieu 75018 (hereinafter the “Company”), operates a hotel business.
Preamble:
1. These General Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to individual bookings made by the customer for their personal needs.
Article 1: Booking
The Hotel acknowledges receipt of the customer’s booking by sending, without delay, an email to the customer at the email address previously provided, summarising the contract offer, the services booked, the prices, the terms of sale relating to the selected rate as accepted by the customer, and the date on which the booking was made.
Article 2: Cancellation conditions
6. Unless expressly stated otherwise, rooms are available from 2pm on the day of arrival and the customer must vacate the room before 12 noon on the last day of the booking. Late check-out is possible on request, subject to room availability and for an additional charge.
Article 3: Prices
3. The applicable prices are those in force on the day of booking. Only the price stated in the booking confirmation is contractually binding.

In the event of force majeure, exceptional events or technical problems at the hotel making the customer’s stay impossible, the hotel will make every effort to find alternative accommodation, if possible in a hotel of the same or a higher category. Any additional cost of the room and the outward journey between the 2 hotels will be borne by the hotel.
Article 6: Stay at the hotel
7. Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the hotel. Otherwise, the customer will be liable to a penalty of €260.00 corresponding to the closure and full cleaning of the room
Article 7: Complaints
Any complaint must be sent to the hotel or by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt no later than 7 days after the departure date, failing which it will be time-barred.
Article 8: Liability
2. The hotel cannot be held liable for the non-performance or improper performance of the booking in the event of force majeure, the act of a third party that is unforeseeable and insurmountable, or the act of the customer or of their partners, such as unavailability of the internet network, inability to access the website, external intrusion, computer viruses, or in the event of a prepayment not authorised by the cardholder’s bank.
Article 9: Privacy and protection of personal data
These service providers have their own privacy policies. We accept no liability for their policies or for their processing of personal data.
Article 10: Governing law and language
These general terms and conditions of sale are governed by French law.
The authoritative language is French. Should the general terms and conditions of sale be translated into a foreign language, the French language shall prevail over any other translation in the event of any challenge, dispute or difficulty of interpretation or performance of these terms and, more generally, regarding the existing relations between the parties
Article 11: Changes / amendments to the general terms and conditions of online sale
These General Terms and Conditions of Online Sale may be amended and/or supplemented at any time. As soon as it is published online, the new version of the General Terms and Conditions of Online Sale will automatically apply to all customers
